The start of the seminar was strange because everyone seemed embarrassed. But finally, after a few minutes the atmosphere quickly became very friendly and fun.

One of the best experiences of my life
I had the chance to demonstrate one of his favorite technique and he really takes the time to explain and break it down so that everyone is able to reproduce it. Despite the simplicity of the different combos, they are all very effective and can be applied to a real fight.
The coolest thing was the sparring at the end of the seminar, I was one of the lucky ones to do a round with him. I was very intimidated and I would have liked to throw a few more punches, but on the other hand I defended myself very well.
What surprised me the most was his speed and precision, it’s incredible, there are really few people who are able to move like him during a fight. His fight IQ is impressive, and his defense is just as incredible as his attacks.
